Returns Policy: Perfumes and other accessories provided by La’Bruine cannot be returned once purchased. Please ensure your selections are final before completing your purchase.
Membership Duration: Membership plans are valid for three months from the date of purchase or until all perfumes included in the kit are sold, whichever comes first.
Referral Code Usage: The referral code provided by La’Bruine to its ambassadors is applicable only during online purchases on the La’Bruine website.
Referral Rewards: Rewards earned from the referral code will be credited to the ambassador’s account once the cumulative amount reaches 2000 INR/-.
Unboxing Verification: Ambassadors are required to record a video of the unboxing process upon receiving the La’Bruine kit. This is to facilitate replacement in case of any damaged products.
Tester Policy: Each purchase of a La’Bruine membership includes one tester of 5ml for each fragrance. Additional testers can be obtained at an extra charge of 50 INR/- per tester.
Price Compliance: Ambassadors must adhere to the prices set by La’Bruine for selling the perfumes. Any deviation from the set prices may result in the cancellation of membership.
Cancellation: In the event of membership cancellation, La’Bruine is not liable to refund the membership fee.
Membership Renewal: Ambassadors have the option to renew their membership at any time by paying the required fee.
Training Participation: Ambassadors are required to participate in both online and offline training sessions organized by La’Bruine.
Marketing Permissions: Ambassadors must seek permission from La’Bruine before posting any marketing content related to the brand on social media platforms.
Policy Updates: La’Bruine reserves the right to update its policies and regulations for the betterment of its ambassadors. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes in advance.
